These policies ("Privacy Policy") are an agreement between KawaiiBot ("we", "us", or "our") and you ("you", or "your"). By accessing the website located at https://kawaiibot.dev (the "Website"), or by interacting with the KawaiiBot Discord bot (the "Discord Bot", collectively referred to as the "Service") you agree to this Privacy Policy entirely. If you do not agree, you shall cease using the Service.
When interacting with the Discord Bot, via a command in a Discord channel employing KawaiiBot to monitor and moderate them, the contents of your commands are processed to provide the Service.
The contents of your commands are exclusively stored in the event a failure in the execution of a command occurs, to help troubleshoot and investigate bugs within the Service - and for this purpose exclusively. For every other cases, the contents of your command are not stored.
The Service does not address to anyone under the age of 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country, whichever is greatest ("Minimum Age"). In the event we become aware someone under the applicable Minimum Age has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.
If you are a parent or the legal guardian of a someone under the Minimum Age, please contact us so we can take the appropriate actions to protect your child.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Service will be seen as an acceptance of the revised terms.
